Eggs and Veg
Oh wow I’m so excited for this ebook! I decided to make it a couple of weeks ago (January 2021!) when the #porridgegate hype first took off, but for those of you that are confused at the porridge reference I want to give you the backstory and explain how #eggsandveg was born.
I explain the importance of blood sugar and how it affects so many functions in our bodies from energy, mood, hormonal balance, PMS, sleep, weight issues and so much more.
Blood sugar is something I look at with every one of my clients, and now you can have all this info in a super easy to understand format accompanied by some delicious protein breakfast ideas.
And of course, there’s lots of tasty, healthy breakfast ideas (lots of non-egg ones too if you don’t like eggs!)
My go-to breakfast is a savoury protein one, but for reasons unbeknown to me (maybe I was particularly tired that morning, or just fancied switching things up) I decided to have porridge for breakfast one day a couple of weeks ago. I then took to instagram to rant and rave about how awful I felt afterwards.
